Shipping Policies
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
For all Italian orders this typically takes 1-3 business days once the order is processed.
All shipments are made by courier with tracked shipping. The tracking code will be sent by mail once processed. We try to process all orders in 2-5 business days; holidays and weekends excluded.
In the event that the package arrives in evidently damaged conditions, we ask that you do not accept the delivery or accept it with reserve, so that you can open a complaint. If the parcel is accepted with reserve, we ask you to photograph the conditions of the parcel closed externally and internally in order to demonstrate its damage.
Cost of shipments
National shipping.

Shipping costs for Italian orders are fixed: €7.50

The smaller islands and Venice are exceptions and have a fixed cost of: €18

For orders over €50 the shipping costs are free.
International Orders
Olivia Soaps does not service other European Countries at this time but we are working hard to bring you this service.
Courier service
In Italy, delivery takes place by means of GLS.
Following a successful order, a confirmation email is sent directly. On the evening of the day on which the shipment took place, a further shipment confirmation email will be sent containing the parcel tracking code.
The courier to whom we entrust the shipment undertakes to make the delivery as soon as possible. Please understand that, usually due to weather conditions or traffic conditions, delays in delivery may unfortunately occur.
In store pickup
We currently do not offer in store pick up. We are working hard to allow this to happen in the future.
Our Packaging
Let’s take care of the environment together.
The filling material of our packaging is 100% biodegradable - suitable for composting.
Our boxes are made of pure cardboard and can be easily recycled with the paper in the separate collection.
